Grand View Inn & Suites

We stayed in 3 other hotels in Alaska on this trip. Your hotel was the best, roomy, comfortable, good bed, good parking, overallvery upscale place. Did not like the restaurant/bar. It was really only a bar with some food. Disappointed. Thankfully there were other great choices for food nearby. Price was comparable to the others we stayed at. Felt we got much better accomidations for the price than any other of the hotels on this trip.

Decent looking room, ac was out unfortunately so I spent my nights sweating. Towels were horrible, other than that it was an enjoyable stay

Good customer service, my room #201 was the back side, it had a view of the mountains. Room was clean, cable TV, microwave and mini fridge. There's amenities in the area: Walmart 1 miles away, Brown Jug liquor store across the highway, and other eatery in the area, there's a bar, restaurant downtown stars, pizza place within walking distance. Being 40 min South of Anchorage, plenty hiking trails in the area. Room was spacious and wheelchair compliant. Staff was nice and knowledgeable, gave information on places to visit

Maids did not clean the room.

The hotel was convenient, the price was fair, and the front desk staff were friendly and went overboard to make our stay pleasant. In addition, the shower had plenty of hot water.

Overcharges and acts like booking dot com price they don’t know of.

Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Good place to stay.

Nice comfortable room for us and the dog. DOD slept on the couch. Price was good, relatively speaking. Good area to walk the dog once I wandered around back and found it. Good meal at the on premises pub. Check in clerk was friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the lack of breakfast.

Clean comfortable room. Locals Pub/Pizza next door is great. There is also a restaurant on site but it was not open for breakfast.
