The staff was great, i arrived early and i was able to check in which was very helpful. My first night the room i had ended having a firm mattress and i found out i couldn't sleep on it without pain. When i asked the staff if there was any way i could change to a room with a softer mattress they found one for me I greatly appreciated that or i would need to cut my stay short.
