It a newly renovated hotel. Great location, friendly staff, and nice pool and hot tub. It was a great stay, will definitely go back.

Checkin was a little crazy as when we arrived we were told they were oversold and had no room for us. We waited approx 30 min for a mgr who was able to find us a room. We paid alot for the room and we were disappointed in the quality of the room for the price.

La struttura è davvero bella, nuova (o rinnovata) da poco. Le stanze e i letti sono confortevoli. Il parcheggio interno comodo. La lavanderia con macchine nuove è veramente ottima.

Lo staff non è assolutamente all'altezza di un Hilton (o affiliato). La confusione con i voucher per la colazione (se si prende "inclusa" con Booking in teoria si hanno 15$ da spendere alla caffetteria - che rimane molto cara, fra l'altro, nonostante le porzioni generose) è veramente deludente per un hotel di questo livello. Attendo ancora il rimborso per quello che è stato promesso. Peccato anche per la piscina, inutilizzabile perché in manutenzione. Poteva essere un fantastico soggiorno, le potenzialità ci sono ma sono gestite male.

Just refurbished, nice style with a touch of ski resort look & feel, well located (a few miles form the park entrance), nice restaurant

No swimming pool yet (still being worked out during our stay), air conditioning a little bit noisy, no kettle in the room (but a micro-wave)

Staff was great! The only thing would be the company policy of how it handles breakfast vouchers for all inclusive. Could have made checkout smoother (this is not anything that the staff could have done since its policy)
