This hotel was renovated from a budget hotel platform and opened mid-August, about a month before our stay. Everything was brand new and not in a good way: - Staff not that well trained and could not find my Hilton Honors number in their system. - Bar in the dining area only sells wine and beer but is not well stocked. - The coffee maker could not be plugged in due to the placements of the plugs. Probably from the budget hotel origins. - The room safe did not work. Probably a leftover from the budget hotel days. - The air-conditioner was very loud and kept us awake. It drowned out the TV sound. Maybe they used the old ones. - The new carpet smell in the hallways gave us headaches. - We specifically requested a king bed, but was given two queen beds. Maybe because the receptionist could not find out HH number. - There were no Do Not Disturb hangers in the room. - There were more, but I am running out of characters. Not up to the Hilton standards we are used to and the hotel's budget roots were very evident, yet we paid Hilton prices - around $400 per night. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig. Our suggestion is to stay away for the time being until they have sorted out what they want to be. There are other options in West Yellowstone.

Tiffany at the front desk was very nice and welcoming in the middle of other guests behaving rudely and mean to her. A very good professional employee.

Newer, remodeled property. Pretty nice, pricey-but right at the West Yellowstone entrance.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room amenities were great and room was very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. My children enjoyed their game room. Walking distance to many restaurants and gift shops. Would definitely stay again.

Our hosts Greg and Linda were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast had good daily varieties. Thei room was comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed even though we spent very little time there. We will definitely stay there again.

Small town hotel. We used it as a base for traveling through Yellowstone. Not many dining options, hotel doesn’t clean room every day unless you request and even then they forgot once. Hotel is quaint and staff were ok.

Property was in middle of renovation and only one wing was open. Pool and restaurant was closed. Days in has always provided the best breakfast in town but did have a kitchen. The website should be updated to show its current state so travelers would know if the amenities that made us choose to stay there is even being offered. Expedia would not provide a refund even if the hotel was misrepresented.
