The gym was poor with very little useful equipment

Bellissima, spaziosa ed elegante. In centro con tutti i comfort.

Location

This was the worst “5-star” hotel experience I’ve ever had. The walls are paper thin — you can hear everything from the rooms next door. The bathroom was poorly designed, the shower walls were dirty, and the water pressure was extremely weak. The room felt cheap and poorly maintained, more like an Airbnb than a luxury hotel. Breakfast was also disappointing and far below what you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Completely misleading and not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

superbe établissement. Idéalement placé. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité/prix et petit déjeuner offert. Et tout le charme du luxe italien.

Posizione ottima. Colazione buona anche se mancava la proposta di una colazione alla carta. Carino il frigobar.

Insopportabile invece l’enorme macchia di umidità sul soffitto della 602. Con il phon rotto. Non potete vendere una camera del genere. Non mi sono lamentata per rispetto all’ospite che accompagnavo e perchè eravamo stanchissime.

J’ai aimé la beauté de l’hôtel, le bâtiment est magnifique et élégant. Le personnel est accueillant et l’emplacement est très pratique pour visiter la ville.

Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel est beau, propre et bien situé. La chambre était confortable et calme.
