Nous aurions préféré un lit avec un seul matelas. Pas de problème pour nous s'il est plus petit, 160cm ou même 140.

Franchement une énorme déception ! Sur la base d’une annonce mensongère nous nous sommes retrouvé non pas dans un hôtel de luxe 5* installé dans un hôtel historique de Turin, mais dans une annexe froide, sans aucun service hôtelier à la hauteur du prix payé. Chambre sombre, bruyante, SDB sordide. Lorsque nous avons demandé une solution à la réception, aucune écoute. Et le pire c’est que le lendemain au check-out il ont eu le culot de nous demander de payer des extra, ce que nous avis catégoriquement refusé. Nous avons Siha lendemain le problème à Booking. Si vous n’avez pas envie de vous faire arnaquer, passer votre chemin !

Emplacement idéal, voiturier, chambre dans un ancien palais, avec une hauteur de plafond délirante!! Incroyable !!

Deux détails : peu de pression d’eau dans la douche, et un sèche cheveux adapté aux calvities sérieuses. Un peu la cohue gériatrique au petit déjeuner, très correct.
