Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Corpus Christi/Aransas Pass

The pool was super clean towels available upon request. The room was clean, and temperature was comfortable. The ice machine was accessible. The staff was respectful and freindly.

Front desk lady was great.

Cleaning people didn’t bring towels nor did they take our trash so we had trash all on the floor

The room itself looked worn down, with old carpet and furniture that had so many scratches and torn pieces that it did not make you feel comfortable. I also had to kill a bug that was crawling through the counter, which looked like a roach, but it was hard to say after I had killed it. The breakfast was absolutely terrible, or at least the scrambled eggs were. I did like the location, though; this was fairly close to the Ferry to Port Aransas and near Rockport as well. However, the experience was meh, and I will likely not book this place again. Next time, I'll stay at Home2 Suites in Corpus and just drive where I need to go.

House keeping failed to come take out the trash nor put clean towels in the bathroom. I was locked out of my room both cards did not work. I went to the front desk just to be told I was checked out on my 2nd day of my stay. My family & myself stayed for 3 days every morning I had to go to the front desk ask for a clean set of towels & trash bags. On our last day we were swimming when the front desk came out to tell us time was up in the pool but while she was telling us she was smoking a vape in the pool area. One of my kids has asthma & she was smoking blowing smoke in front of us as we walked out. This wasn’t my first stay at this location that’s why we returned once again but it was just a terrible experience & for that my family & I will not be staying there again.

The pool was small but clean, the hot tub looked dingy, was barely warm and the knobs broken off. The beds looked very well made but felt gritty and we woke up with bug bites on our bodies. Breakfast bar is not big but it is sufficient. This little place looks nice but needs some work in some areas.

The property and room was nice, and the girl that checked me in was very nice and helpful. The pool area was good, except there was only one lounge chair, and it was old and broken.
