Location and friendly staff

Had a smell of smoke

The location

The hot tub was broken. The breakfast was nothing I would eat. Someone was smoking pot so when you got off the elevator on the 2nd floor you smelled it going to the room. Even though it was a no-smoking hotel.

Outside looked nice and freshly painted.

Inside was dated. We arrived at 7:30 pm and desk clerk had to go make sure our room was ready. Should have been ready at 3. Was dusty. Bathroom not stocked small fridge froze everything we had in there. Room was unbearably hot no matter how low we set it.

Location

The people, the bed was horrible, the pillows worse, plus I left my jacket, I called a short time. Later that afternoon. They said it was not turned in by the housekeeper. They told me to call next day I did. They said they didn’t have it!

Everything was good

The hotel always smells good and looks clean. They still offer a small warm breakfast. Didn't like the low water pressure and the bath towels are so small.

It was at a close location with a great price

There was no house keeping during our whole stay unless we say something then they will clean the rooms. Breakfast was very poor very low on stuff every morning, they say that they are queen beds but they seem like they are full size beds. No microwave in room fridge could not open and close easily. Did not have all condiments in restroom upon arrival. Was not able to turn the tv volume down or up and when turning tv off it just stayed on .

The area was nice
