Budget Inn of Jasper

There were TINY towels in the bathroom in which the lights did not work! The room had a musty smell to it. The TV had no service and no outlets to charge my phone and worse of all, NO TRASH CAN! The best thing about this room was the scoulding hot shower! This is a 911 type of room!!!!!!

After I drive 6 hours it was close due to hurricane Helene. It was a nighmare.

There WAS NO STAY. That hotel seemed to be closed down!!! No one at front desk and doirbell ignored. No one answered phone. Vehicles in parking lot but saw not one light on. You need to update your site. I ended up sleeping in my car!!! The building looked derelict. If my bank accouny was charged now that im home in TN I will be disputing the charge.

There was no electricity for the whole area when I came. It took me a while to find Budget Inn. When I finally got there, a man came out and told me that there was NO VACANCY, even though Expedia had confirmed the reservation. I did not have any other choice than leaving the place and REQUESTING A REFUND. I don’t understand why Expedia asked me for a review of a hotel I did not put my foot in.

Lady at check in super sweet. Very quiet

Very few services in the area. Cable quit working. No wifi, no pool, no ice, no vending, no laundry, no maid. Mold in bathroom on ceiling, towel fixtures falling off of the wall, no toiletries, no microwave, no coffee pot, no mini fridge. Huge wet spot in ceiling. I was not expecting the Taj Mahal for the price but it was still a bit rougher than expected especially for the price. I don’t believe I will be returning to this location. The 2 staff members I spoke to during checkin and check out were pleasant but that was about the best part of the whole trip.

The shower curtain rod was falling down, the shower curtain was covered in mold, there was no hot water at all, the towel rack was hanging off the wall, and the blanket had not been washed in ages, and there was no light bulb in the lamp.
