Breakfast was OK.

No dislikes,

We didn't make it to the property because of construction they refused refund our money we saw it the next day it was disgusting from the outside bums everywhere

Shower had good pressure, price of room was right, room was quite.

Hair dryer was burnt out did not work. beds were hard, breakfast wasnt much better than nothing though. TV was old unclear picture not much for channels.

The breakfast was Frosted flakes bread a few muffins self make waffles fruit would have been nice

My stay was unremarkable, with average accommodations and below-average breakfast offerings. However, the primary reason for this review is a highly concerning post-stay experience. Upon returning home, I discovered an unexpected $35 charge on my account. When I called to inquire, I was told it was for allegedly missing towels. I clearly stated that we did not take any items from the room and was assured the matter would be reviewed, with a follow-up call the following Monday. No such call was ever made. After waiting four additional days, I contacted the hotel again. The woman who answered refused to provide her name and, from the outset, was dismissive and unprofessional. She insisted that two hand towels and two washcloths were missing, as reported by housekeeping. When I attempted to explain that there must be a mistake, she repeatedly interrupted me and maintained, without any willingness to investigate further, that we were responsible. When I advised that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company and share my experience publicly if the matter was not resolved, she responded with hostility, stating that “that’s what people do when they’re mad,” before abruptly hanging up on me. Being wrongfully charged and treated in such an unprofessional and accusatory manner has completely eroded my trust in this establishment. I will not return, and I would caution others to be aware of the potential for unjustified charges and poor customer service after checkout.
