"It was Uncomfortable and dirty."

The bedsheets were dirty. The toilet paper had been soaked through then was dry and crusty to be used. There was a dead bug on the sink. There were mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. The comforter had stays on the top.

"I won't stay here ever again"

Place felt dirty and uncomfortable I made a reservation for 1 adult and 3 kids, booking said 2 of my kids stay for free, and the reservation appeared as 2 adults. When I get to the place I was notified that the reservation said 2 adults and I have 4 people, like if I was cheating or something, the lady at front desk told me the "other places would charge me extra $50 for these 2 extra people" but she wouldn't if I would just to leave a good review. I stayed in 6 different hotels after this one during our road trip, and none of them said anything like this.

Nothing, they sych and you suck,won't use your service again

Wasn't sent an email so called hotel directly and canceled, they said they would not charge me, and charged me anyway and said it was your policy, called you and yes said there wasn't anything you could do,so kesson learned
