Good space, clean. Basic shampoo and soap were available, but no facial tissue or robes (as stated), hard to access hot tube from our unit, and couldn't use it due to its proximity to a bedroom at night.

We arrived thinking it was a hotel room and it ended up being a beautiful suite in the lower level of a beautiful home. We had a wonderful pool area with a hot tub that overlooked the entire valley. It was absolutely beautiful. The people who own the house are phenomenal and you felt like you were staying with friends. This experience went way beyond our expectations of a place to stay and we hope to go back this summer to rent the whole lower level with friends. Highly recommended.

When I booked this room with you, it stated a King size bed,(bed was a Queen) and not comfortable, fireplace & balcony. There were none of these amenities in the room. We found an old t-shirt someone had left under the bed..... what does this say about the room cleaning? It stated there a pool...... there was a pool.......... however you would not swim in it, it was NOT clean. We are NEVER complainers, but this was not up to par. The suite itself was clean, but quite disjointed. The A/C made a continuous squealing noise when it came on. Overall, would not recommend, and would not stay here again.

The pictures we saw were not where we stayed, very misleading, like I packed a bathing suit because I saw an outdoor hot tub in the photos, turned out to be a jetted bathtub with not enough hot water to fill it. The DVD player didn't work, they quickly replaced it, when I complained

wonderful view, very spacious, nice pool and hot tub, and very clean. We all enjoyed our stay.

We didn't understand that these are residential, suburban homes that have been divided up into odd units/rooms. It was ok, but very unexpected. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay, nice and quite area great views of the mountains, lake and city loved it.

Awesome location, great rooms with kitchen and amazing views. I really like the comfort of a place like this versus a hotel.
