It was under construction. The entire front entrance was fenced off. Forced to use back entrance which was a muddy mess! Lobby, elevator and hallway were muddy. The check in clerk had was indifferent and dismissive about our concerns. The Mattress was broken down and needed replacing.

Nice place there was construction on the outside of the building. I would not have know had I not saw the work in progress. Quiet Pool & hot tub was nice clean and we enjoyed them Beds were comfortable Breakfast was good Hot and cold cereal waffles fruit eggs and more i would stay again. Front desk was very nice kind and efficient.

I was informed, by booking.com or the property, that there was construction going on…the shower door was very loose, and the floor of the shower felt/sounded like it was falling in…the sheets were literally so rough, I got a sheet burn on my elbow while turning over in the bed. There was a mechanical issue with our room, it did eventually get fixed, however, there was only 1 attendant present, trying to fix our issue, and check in other customers. He did his very best, but this was very unfair to both the employee and the customers…Corporate, do better by your people, and your customers!

Water in hot water urn was not hot and tasted as though the urn had previously been used for coffee. Vending machine on floor three would not accept bills and ice machine had no ice.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The hotel is pet friendly. The first night there was a lot of noise from the room above and the staff moved us for our second night to the top floor which was much quieter.
