Great service on everything from museum tickets, map directions, entertainment suggestions, and covid testing arrangements. Very well run hotel, and the staff was truly exemplary. This hotel is also in a fabulous neighborhood for food, shopping, and just a ten minute walk from the wonderful El Retiro park, and the Prado and Thyssen museums. Can't wait to go back!

Great location just north of the park which allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Hotel is super comfortable, room was great, bathroom excellent. Enjoyed a superb dinner at the restaurant - do have the artichokes- and the bar was handy for a nightcap. Really friendly and helpful front of house. Would return in a shot.
