"I killed a large spider on the floor near the bathroom"

The only thing is my points didn't get added to my free night's. 3x6500 kinda disappointed me because I've dumped thousands to get some free night's

The room did not have the laying clean, it was up to us to change the bed linen and the next day as we left the room we found it. And there is no control in the noise, there was a couple who fought, shouted, closed the doors super hard at 1 and 2 in the morning and did not respect the dream of the people.

"The stay was okay a little pricey for that hotel but overall it was."

Staff was very polite.

When we first entered the room and turned the bathroom light on we saw roaches. But after going back to the front desk he immediately moved us to a new room.
