Super 8 by Wyndham Frankfort IN

Upon arrival, it took an unusually long time to check in because no one was immediately available at the front desk. Unfortunately, the time we spent waiting to check in ended up being longer than the brief time we stayed in the room before deciding to check out. When we entered our room, we were shocked by its poor condition. The linens on both queen beds were filthy, with stains on every layer, as well as visible hair and holes in the fabric. The walls had chipped paint, areas where items appeared to have been ripped off without repairs, and an overall appearance of neglect. Additionally, the room was extremely humid and damp, with the air conditioning not running and an unpleasant odor permeating the space. While we were offered another room, we declined. It is unreasonable to expect guests to try a second room when the first one was so far below acceptable standards. The expectation is that a room should be clean, well-maintained, and comfortable upon check-in. It should not be advertised as one thing, and then when you check in, it is nothing as to that expectation or advertising.

It was a nice stop for us to split up our long drive. The room was clean and nice.

Our door didn't lock when we left the room. It ended up locking when we were inside for the night, but if you have valuables in your room, then I would be nervous.

Hotel was what we expected for the price. It was clean. Bed and pillows were good. The TV was fine. AC worked good but room was humid and musty from the moisture. I believe the AC unit wasn’t draining the water out properly. Coffee and continental breakfast was available.

This place is horrible. Do not stay. Rooms were gross. Covers were ripped. Bathroom was broken. Bed was horrible. Very very dirty.
