This hotel has an excellent central location by the Danube River in Budapest. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchenette, which was spacious and clean. The beds, bedding, and pillows were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping service was daily and efficient. There was a complimentary laundry room on each floor, which is helpful for long stays. The front lobby is a little dark and rundown. The breakfast was adequate, but not overwhelming. The room furnishings are slightly rundown, but not enough that it tainted our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Excellent location. Large two- and three-room apartments, clean, tidy, with comfortable firm mattresses on the beds.

The upholstered furniture could use some repairs, the seats are already pretty worn out.. The cold water pressure in the taps in one of the bathrooms was very weak, so we had to use the second bathroom. Breakfasts are quite monotonou, they could use some variety.
