We had the good fortune of staying at this hotel/ 2 bedroom Apartment the night before our Viking trip on May 7, 2026. The prices were reasonable, the location good and it was quiet with no loud groups. Gergo Metlagel, the front desk manager was so helpful and professional, beyond expectations. I would strongly recommend this gem of a Marriott Hotel.

Our stay was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations — the apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Every detail, from the facilities to the thoughtful layout, made us feel comfortable and at home. The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything, yet still peaceful and convenient. Breakfast was another highlight: an impressive variety of fresh dishes, fruits, delicious coffee, and delightful sweets that made each morning special. However, what truly makes this place outstanding is the incredible staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care left a lasting impression on us. We are especially deeply grateful for their extraordinary help when we accidentally left a significant amount of money in the safe and only realized it at the airport, just before boarding. Without hesitation, the team organized everything with remarkable efficiency — arranging for the money to be securely packed and delivered directly to the airport. Everything arrived perfectly, safely, and with complete integrity. This level of responsibility, trustworthiness, and dedication is something we will never forget. A very special and heartfelt thanks to Gergo, who went above and beyond in assisting us. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made an already exceptional experience truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for his effort, reliability, and the way he handled everything with such precision and integrity. Their actions went far beyond service — it was a true act of care and commitment. We are incredibly thankful and sincerely touched by this experience. It’s rare to encounter such professionalism combined with genuine humanity. We will absolutely return with great pleasure and look forward to seeing this wonderful team again.

As a frequent visitor to Budapest the expectation is an eye roll with a down turned mouth from staff and shop proprietors but this place is way above expectations, smiles and friendliness in abundance! From the brilliant guy on reception to the breakfast room staff i cannot fault them

Great place to stay, very large rooms, quiet, clean, and close to everything. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent
