Our stay was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations — the apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Every detail, from the facilities to the thoughtful layout, made us feel comfortable and at home. The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything, yet still peaceful and convenient. Breakfast was another highlight: an impressive variety of fresh dishes, fruits, delicious coffee, and delightful sweets that made each morning special. However, what truly makes this place outstanding is the incredible staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care left a lasting impression on us. We are especially deeply grateful for their extraordinary help when we accidentally left a significant amount of money in the safe and only realized it at the airport, just before boarding. Without hesitation, the team organized everything with remarkable efficiency — arranging for the money to be securely packed and delivered directly to the airport. Everything arrived perfectly, safely, and with complete integrity. This level of responsibility, trustworthiness, and dedication is something we will never forget. A very special and heartfelt thanks to Gellert, who went above and beyond in assisting us. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made an already exceptional experience truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for his effort, reliability, and the way he handled everything with such precision and integrity. Their actions went far beyond service — it was a true act of care and commitment. We are incredibly thankful and sincerely touched by this experience.
