Residence Inn Denver City Center

The hotel was centrally located and easy access to amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent every day. Only complaint was the forty two dollars a day parking fee, which seemed exorbitant after paying for the hotel

Okay stay, it was what was expected. Okay room and clean. Pillows are not comfortable with no options. The little “shop” really had no options either. Breakfast was good with a few ítems to choose from. The hotel is located walking distance to most attractions. Parking is a bit expensive, but easy Self Park and in and out without complications.

Clean, comfortable stay, I booked a 1 bedroom. The rooms were a bit tighter than some of the other RI. they only offer queen beds. Took awhile getting to the hotel as there was a game and took 2 hours to get into the hotel due to traffic. The hotel staff were very nice and showed me to the parking (it was an unusual set up) and easy check in. If you drive, next to the hotel is an unloading area labeled "Hotel registration" at the end on the right is a ramp (it's tight) that leads you to the parking which is $42/day. The first 5 floors of the hotel is the parking and you'll need a key to enter back into the building. The breakfast is slightly better than average for Residence Inns but the same fare. No upgrades as a Platinum Elite member were offered or any other benefits (usually points or something from the market). The location is also central and easy to walk to restaurants.

We stayed one night in a two bedroom suite. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, especially for a downtown hotel. It’s nice to have free breakfast and their eating area was very spacious and pleasant

They kept my luggage a few days for me which was a great help.

Vents were filthy in the bathroom Sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Our guest ended up just sleeping on the couch, which was only slightly better. There was no glass carafe in the coffee maker, the front desk had a hard time understanding what we needed and it took us having to go back up to the room and take a picture of the coffee maker. She still didn’t understand.Eventually, she sent up a whole new coffee maker which did not fit the coffee pods. No hair dryer in the bathroom
