Great selection of food options. Nice rooms, friendly staff

The housekeeping in my girls room was very lacking. Toilet rolls not replaced, beds not made properly, floors not swept etc. I’m not sure what the issue was. Housekeeping in our room was good.

الاستقبال كان رائع والموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين جداً بذات الاخ هشام المسؤول عن الضيوف العرب كان متجاوب معنا وساعدني كثير خلال الاقامة وحتى خارج الفندق بحيث ساعدني في مشكلة حصلتلي خارج الفندق وماقصر معنا وكذلك اشكرهم لما عرفو ان عندي مناسبة خاصة قاموا بتجهيز الغرفة وتقديم هدية لهذه المناسبة بدون طلب مسبق مني كانت مفاجأة جميلة ولفتة رائعة منهم المرافق كانت رائعة والمطاعم ممتازة بالذات المطعم الهندي كومين وكذلك جاد الياباني الاطلالة كانت جميلة من الغرفة والغروب اكثر من رائع سواء من الغرفة المطلة على الشاطئ او على المسبح

Our bedroom shower was leaking. When we took a shower the water come out into the rest of the bathroom. We always had to use the towels in the room to avoid a big spill into the room

صعوبة المشي على الشاطئ بسبب الأحجار والأصداف

الفندق جميل والموظفون أخلاقهم رائعة ومتعاونون جدًا، وهذا من أكثر الأشياء الإيجابية التي لاحظتها خلال الإقامة. كذلك من الأمور المهمة والمميزة بالنسبة للعرب والمسلمين وجود شطاف في الحمام، وهي نقطة ممتازة ومريحة جدًا. لكن توجد بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى تحسينها. فترة تسجيل الدخول (Check-in) كانت طويلة جدًا واستغرقت تقريبًا أكثر من نصف ساعة، وهذا كان متعبًا بعد السفر. كذلك بوفيه المطعم خياراته قليلة نوعًا ما ويحتاج إلى تنوع أكبر. أيضًا في الليل توجد الكثير من الحشرات في ممرات الغرف، وأعتقد أنه يمكن التقليل منها والسيطرة عليها بشكل أفضل من خلال الاهتمام بالأشجار المحيطة وزيادة عمليات المكافحة. بشكل عام كانت تجربة جيدة وأتمنى تحسين هذه النقاط مستقبلًا. Overall, my stay was good. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which was one of the best parts of the experience. Also, an important and appreciated point for Arab and Muslim guests is that the bathroom includes a bidet spray, which was very convenient and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was very slow and took more than 30 minutes, which was tiring after traveling. In addition, the restaurant buffet had somewhat limited options and could benefit from more variety. At night, there were many insects around the room corridors. I believe this issue could be better controlled through proper tree maintenance and better pest control measures. Overall, it was a good experience, and I hope these points will be improved in the

The service overall was exceptional. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We came back after 8 years from our wedding at Le Meridien. We must say we were very satisfied. Special mention of thanks to Mr Nicolas Arekion who was so welcoming to us. The kids club also was very nice and our kids loved it!

يوجد الكثير من الحشرات والحيوانات الزاحفه الصغيره والمسبح الخاص بقسم نيرفانا غير نظيف ولا يوجد فلاتر
