Le Meridien Ile Maurice

Nous avons aimé le cadre exceptionnel de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le lit confortable ! Nous étions côté nirvana, l’expérience est incroyable. En demi-pension avec pleins de surprise sur place ! Le Jade était exceptionnel ! Nous y avons été tout les jours après la découverte. Beaucoup d’activité sur place de proposées ce que je trouve super bien, on ne peut pas s’ennuyer. Gros point positifs : c’est tellement spacieux qu’on ne dirait pas qu’il y a beaucoup de monde (je parle de côté nirvana). Merci à Ismail qui gère cette partie avec beaucoup d’attention envers ces clients.

Nous avons moins aimé le buffet à volonté que ce soit le petit déjeuné et le soir (pour cela que nous avons mangé au Jade matin et soir) et certains serveurs un peu trop oppressants malgré leur envie de bien faire. J’en profite pour un merci à Leonardo et Santy qui étaient au top ! Et merci au chef pâtissier Gayane pour les petites attentions. Seul petit bémol des chambres : au niveau du couloir seulement c’est mal isolés donc nous entendions le personnel faire le ménage au matin.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Le Méridien Ile Maurice with our baby, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional food experience. The à la carte restaurants were outstanding — every meal felt carefully prepared with premium-quality ingredients and excellent presentation. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Traveling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but the team did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Their kindness and effort made a huge difference for our family. Overall, it was a memorable and very enjoyable vacation. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious yet comfortable stay in Mauritius.

Hôtel très propre et très accueillant, avec de nombreuses activités proposées tout au long du séjour. Les repas ainsi que les petits-déjeuners étaient très variés, avec un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Le personnel est aux petits soins à chaque moment de la journée, toujours souriant et disponible. Mention spéciale à Fabrice, qui a été très présent, attentionné et particulièrement bienveillant durant notre séjour. Un grand merci à lui !

We had a lovely stay at Le Méridien Mauritius overall. The beachfront location is beautiful, the pools and facilities are excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfasts were great with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere around the resort was very relaxing.

The only downside was that our shower had a leak, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated the warm hospitality from the team.

Room was nice... Service was good. Shoutout to Ashley Moorgen and Nicolas the F&B Manager! The cocktails were really nice and so was the food at Nomad, Waves and Jade. Thanks to Hevin who took time to explain to us about the hotel - sundowner, sega show, tea time etc as we were not briefed upon arrival..

Breakfast one staff was quite rude. I asked for hot water for my daughter as she was coughing they took so long and finally poured boiling hot water in her sippy cup! i was like please give me the hot water and normal room temperature so that I adjust same. He looked at me and turned his back and then kept the water on the table without saying a word. His face expression showed how annoyed he was.. Papaya bar lacks some variety of cocktails.. At check in - we unfortunately were not guided by anyone to explain about the hotel, restaurants, animations etc. We had to ask whether out room was ready at 2.50pm and they said no.. our baby was sleepy.. Upon check out though they hurried us to ensure to check out of the room at 11am. It was raining and we were late to go breakfast and finish packing but no consideration from the lady who called!
