The property requires a good clean, especially the savanna restaurant, it just smells. Food is below average, the dinner was awful. Public toilets next to the restaurant - absolutely horrid. Most restaurants either closed or fully booked. Spa staff rude…

"Mitigée"

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté, le confort et sa situation géographique. Les repas offrent plusieurs possibilités dans le sens où il y en a pour tous les goûts par le nombre de restaurants et les formules (cartes ou self) mais les cartes et menus varient peu.

Le fait que « des vendeurs de plages » viennent plusieurs fois par jour (plus de 5 fois parfois) vous demander si vous voulez pas acheter leurs produits. Dommage que la piscine réservée aux adultes ne soit pas chauffée. Le bateau électrique et le pédalo électrique était inexistant. Quand au massage inclus c’est uniquement au bout de 5 nuitées ? (J’ai certainement pas lu les petites lignes) Quand à la langue française elle est parlée mais pas toujours comprise il faut s’assurer que la réponse soit la bonne.
