Unfortunately they changed the dinner menu from international buffet to a-la-carte. Also had a couple of issues with the room, but these were resolved quickly.

Beautifully clean, charming and engaging staff. Fabulously warm kids pool - Removed the final barrier - They'll never forget. Variety

Expectation staff would be able to resolve tariff confusion when mixed parties dinner together. Hotel must find a technology solution

The place is amazingly located and looks very nice with all needed facilities. Food is also very good.

It’s quite old and you can see it, really needs a but of work. Had leaks from the AC in the room, no drama, but from a 5stars hotel, I wouldn’t expect that. Also the service was slow and in some cases not existent (got told at the beach bar that they were late for the opening hours so I should go and grab a coffee from another bar, again no drama, but not a 5 stars experience.

The service was outstanding.

One of the restaurants (Beach Club) didnt meet my expectations. Service was not great (especially compared to all other venues) and neither was the food. The other thinbg was the water and other activities. I was expecting full day access to water sports (snorkeling, paddle boarding etc) but it was very restrictive- very specified time every day. Same for yoga and other activities.
