"Very lovely . Spent hours looking out on the harbour and in the pool"

Huge bedroom with harbour outlook and balcony. Good breakfast. Very good lunchtime bar meals. Wonderful infinity pool

It was a bit scruffy round the edges. The room was clean but the mock grass surrounding the pool could have done with a good hoover. Elsewhere near the rooftop there were fallen leaves that needed sweeping up and as that part of the hotel had not opened for the season, an air of neglect. All the essentials were clean though.

"It was a one night stay so didn’t bother much."

I stayed in it in the past and it was pretty good. However in 20 years I doubt anything was done in terms of renovations. Breakfast good too.

It was very dirty and shabby. Foot prints on the floor inside the room. The terrace wasn’t cleaned from the dust storm a week prior. Couldn’t use the terrace. Not only the rooms but even the common areas and inside the elevators. The room given didn’t reflect the room type on booking.com.
