"Breakfast Is NOT free"

The breakfast is NOT free it is built into the price. If I didn’t not want the usual nice breakfast I would stay somewhere less expensive. When the main items are out it is unacceptable. No waffles, No OJ, and No Coffee! OJ has been an issue at other locations.

"Poorly managed"

This hotel was pretty shabby. There was no closet or hangers to hang up your coat or clothes. They do not supply a hair dryer or iron. They do not clean your room or bring clean towels unless you request it. The only positive is that it is a large room with a sofa and a desk. When I was ready to check out, the female employee behind the desk completely ignored me for about 10 minutes while she talked on the phone. The only way I got any service was to say, "Hey, I've got to get going." We won't use this hotel again.

Tucked away but convenient to all things Grand Rapids! Reasonable rate great location. Will stay here again for sure!
