Check-in was extremely easy. The man at the check-in desk was amazing. He was very friendly and kind. The only thing I could say is the carpet need cleaning better but besides that everything else was great.

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We went to our room and the person next door was very loud so we asked for a different room and they moved us with no issues. The property needs some work and looks worn. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Never had issues with Comfort Suites until this stay. No hand soap in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, stains on the mattress. Freezer was iced up so bad and then leaked into our leftover food and made it inedible. Ice machine not working. When informing the clerk at checkout, he stated that unfortunately I wasn't part of the Rewards program, so they couldn't give me any points back. What about knocking something off the price!? Disappointed.
