Hotel is amazing. Personal of hotel so friendly and understanding. Cleaning rooms very good. Kitchen ohh, always go out so full from restaurant. Very good vibe this hotels have. Have a big beautiful territory, we used to live in first building. Amazing view to the see. But have one thing which in whole way change mood of being here. I see that Russians and other republics of rus himulating here personal of hotel, telling bad things also same situation they doing with ppl of Europ, its unacceptable. I feel so sorry also for personal.

I had a great stay at the Grand Rotana in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the Red Sea and a private beach perfect for snorkeling. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The pool is large and well-kept, and the gardens around the hotel are lovely. There’s also a good gym and a relaxing spa. The food was good, though the buffet could use more dessert variety. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay! They had many interactive and enjoyable activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained, Great for relaxing, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was really amazing, everything was great and 10/10, the location is reaaly good and near to everything, the staff and guests were very nice, the animation team was really great and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. The animation team was absolutely fantastic! They were friendly, energetic, and made every activity so much fun. They really added a special touch to the whole experience. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended

Hello, I had the chance to visit the Grand Rotana with my family, where I spent an amazing 13-day stay. The animation team was fantastic: Darling, Mido, Ghader, Mido Alyona, and especially Bodi, who was truly attentive, full of energy, and always smiling. He talks to everyone and really encourages people to join in the hotel’s activities, such as water polo, darts, aquagym, and more. A big thank you also to Adel, the lifeguard, who was always present, smiling, and very helpful — especially with setting up parasols and sun loungers.

Very nice and pleasant hotel with amazing seashore. Special to mention how main restaurant Ramzes worked - all staff is so quick and helpful. They are very attentive to everyone and proactive in offering help. Excellent work during lunch and diner hours when restaurant is full of wondering around tourists. Everyone are acting as a true Team - helping each other in anything that should be done. Thanks for all help and support! Wish this Restaurant Team success!

I was with friends at the Grand Rotana Hotel. The hotel was very impressive, we are already planning to return. The service is at a good level. We spent almost the entire vacation with the animation team. We went to clubs, attended various parties on the hotel grounds. Various activities, darts, water polo, volleyball and much more. The food is quite tasty, varied. We recommend it both for family and for a vacation with friends

Little expensive.food was much better .you have to do more about food and service.not to much activity inside the resort.hot hot you need to put more ventilateur for example at C lido there is only one ventilator .
