Last time after 20 years (only used it 6 times) with the membership and the trip was a complete disaster, do not buy a timeshare from this company. All 3 locations Cabo, Vallarta and Cancun are not worth it. They have old furniture, dirty, a/c vents are old, dust from the fans, closets, mildew gets into clothes and documents, a/c doesn't actually cool the room, old appliances, old decor from 20 years ago, maintenance and membership fees are ridiculously overpriced for one week vacation.All 3 rooms that we had the a/c didn't work, one fridge stopped working and had to throw away food, one of the rooms had water coming from the windows and ceiling, had to put towels to contain the water and slept smelling that humidity and mold. Management doesn't care about guest satisfaction of feedback. No manager or supervisor followed up or gave a reason why the a/c was not working or when it was expected to be fixed stay was 7 days), no communication at all, except by asking the employees. They were all friendly, professional and tried to assist, but if the management company doesn't invest in repairs, remodeling or servicing the apartments, the staff are powerless. Rethink about taking a vacation at a timeshare, look somewhere else with other companies or hotel properties. Do rethink if you attend the so called free breakfast and do not fall for the sales pitch.

Great resort, good food. Phenomenal views! There was water zumba with Alejandro and bar games with Rodrigo. so friendly and so nice!

The room is nice but lackin of maintnance and updateted equipment. From what i saw on other building room. Mine was old. Also ice makers all arrownd are a mess

a nice resort with excellent service and restaurants and bars. It needs refreshing and Sea of Cortez access.

Every person employed by this property is a gem!! Love the coastline and ocean view! The pools were wonderful and sooo clean. The food is very delicious and well presented. The rooms are just a bit dated but had a nice layout. Our balcony was great. The patio furniture comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfy. It was a lovely quick vacation!

I enjoyed my 7 days at club Regina. All the staff was friendly. Restaurant pool lobby and maintenance. Had a great time

Stayed there for 3 nights Aug 13-15 Found cockroaches all 3 days My wife got bitten by either a mosquito or cockroach Front desk said I’m sorry I won’t charge u for your valet parking ( $6 dls )
