"Perfect vacation"

"Cabos girls trip"

I had a great time at Regina club great rooms and the staff is great a shout out to Pool concierge Reyna , Alan , Lucas ,Sebastian and everybody else they have delicious shrimp tacos the pools and the view are awesome

"Great hotel, worst bell boy service"

Hotel staff, views, room, value is great. But had a really bad moment with bell boy for not paying valet parking. I stayed for just one night, and upon arrival bell boy demanded to receive payment for valet parking in a rude way, so I refused as it is listed with free parking in expedia, where I made the reservation. Then I went to park my car and if you know this hotel, parking is a long uphill walk to the hotel, and I did that with my luggage because the angry bell boy told me he couldn't take me with his cart to the parking place. And the next morning. the next bell boy drove me to my car in his cart and told me that this service is provided whether or not you pay valet or not. Anyway, ignoring this bad moment, hotel is great.

The resort rooms need upgrading. Restaurants limited to one. We left early because we didn't want to waste our time or money at this sub-standard resort.

Wonderful resort, my favorite Raintree by far. Excellent service and beautiful property. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back!
