Posizione comoda, vicino a parcheggi e ristoranti. Una ristrutturazione di un palazzo antico veramente bella, si vive il centro come se ci si abitasse in pianta stabile , vicinato molto accogliente.

Super nette Nachbarin.

Um 5.15 Uhr fährt der Nachbar mit dem Auto weg.... der Müllmann lautstark um 5.50 Uhr....

Struttura molto bella , situata nel centro storico di Matino..molto bella , accogliente e pulita. Dello stile matinese, un restauro ben fatto!

Unico punto a sfavore, ma senza problemi il parcheggio che comunque si trova più avanti della struttura

Es un sitio precioso, típica casa de la zona, en el centro del pueblo. Muy fácil el checkin y el checkout. Limpio, bonito, agradable y muy bien trato.

"Mooi interieur, fijne bedden, in het oude centrum"

Zoals al eerder genoemd in andere beoordelingen die ik gelezen heb is de locatie in het oude centrum en praktisch gelegen op loopafstand van restaurants en barretjes. We waren hier in de winter, rond kerst en het was heel goed te doen met de airco als verwarming. Heerlijk bed en bedlinnen. Fijn dat er ook wat toast en andere snacks waren net zoals koffie en thee. Wifi werkte prima. Inchecken ging heel snel, we hebben de hosts niet persoonlijk ontmoet alleen via WhatsApp. We houden van deze stijl van renoveren van oude gebouwen, het interieur vinden we erg inspirerend, ook voor onze eigen toekomstige ´oude huisjes renoveren´projecten.

We zijn nog een beetje aan het wennen aan het inchecken zonder aanwezigheid van hosts. Ik weet het, het is heel normaal inmiddels maar ik houd ervan om mensen persoonlijk te ontmoeten. Dat is waar het leven voor een groot deel over gaat toch? Daarnaast vinden we het ook nog wennen aan de camera´s die je een soort ongemakkelijk gevoel geven. Ik denk dat ik daar nooit aan kan en wil wennen.
