Hotel Arena Suite - Adults Only

The hotel was well located, although it was about a 2.5 km walk to the city center. However, you could walk along the beach, which made it a very pleasant walk. The rooms were very spacious, as was the terrace, and especially the bathroom, which had plenty of space to put all your things. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The mattress was very comfortable and the bed was very spacious. There were also multiple lighting options, which made it nice and cozy in the evening. Breakfast was more than sufficient and constantly replenished, and there was always a place to sit. We only had breakfast at the hotel and used a rental car every day to explore the rest of the island, going out for lunch and dinner. For this type of holiday, the hotel was very suitable.

A few points for improvement: the parking situation was disappointing. It appears on Booking that the hotel has its own parking, but the “free parking” actually refers to street parking. There was never any space directly at the hotel, so we always had to park about 450 meters away at the end of Calle El Pozo. It would also be more convenient if the rooms had key cards instead of traditional keys. Additionally, the overall look of the hotel (outside of the rooms) feels a bit outdated, especially for a 4-star hotel. The luggage storage room after check-out could also use a proper cleaning, as it was quite dirty.
