Relaxing hotel and theme nights in restaurant excellent

La pulizia, le camere spaziose, i balconi attrezzati, la colazione e la cena a buffet, l'animazione serale.

Non è proprio in centro e non è vicinissimo alle spiagge. Ma per il resto si trova in una buona posizione vicino ai negozi.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly. Swimming pool was heated and well looked after. Rooms were comfy and the bathroom was great! I would come back again!

The bed could have been slightly comfier and it moved every time we got into bed. The food was okay, breakfast had lots of variety but dinner needs a bit of improvement.

-A 3 star hotel priced for a 4 star hotel -No proper upkeeping of the facilities -Broken shower, pool tiles are corroded -No mobile network/signal in the territory of the hotel (even with two sim cards) -No toiletries -Bugs in the room -Wifi router cannot serve all the guests -Broken gym equipment Summary: I've would have paid less for this quality that is no longer matches the 4 star rating.

La habitación grande a pie de piscina

El baño con bañera y cortinas, me parece poco higiénico. La ubicación, para ir al centro necesitas coche

Assegnazione di una stanza con bagno enorme per sedia a rotelle NON richiesta e non necessaria per noi, a scapito dello spazio della zona letti della camera. La zona dei letti era minore che nella stanza occupata dall'altra coppia (2) che viaggiava con noi, nonostante noi fossimo 3... Con il divano letto aperto, mancava spazio per muoversi. L'ho fatto notare alla reception, ma non hanno offerto nessuna soluzione. Veramente deludente... Il secondo aspetto a migliorare è stato non avere chiaramente informato che lo shuttle per l'aeroporto non era prenotabile 2 giorni prima. Dovevano essere almeno 3 giorni. Non è stata offerta una buona alternativa (solo un'opzione molto più cara).

En general todo, la limpieza, las instalaciones, el trato de los trabajadores.

Nada a destacar, lo único que no iba bien era el wifi.
