"Road Warrior lodging stories"

Welcoming staff willing to go out of the way to warm your stay. When was the last time a hotel asked how can we make your stay perfect. It just never happens. I didn’t know how to answer and responded with laughter. Attitude is everything. Larry,( part of the management team and filling in as a bartender), made me a Manhattan with the help of YouTube . He could’ve said sorry I don’t know how to make it but he didn’t!!! Spending over 150 nights a year in hotels, it’s the little things that make a difference. In a world, where NO is the easy answer. So thank you, Larry!!

"Modern, comfortable hotel"

This was a GREAT hotel stay! I was there for two nights, it is new, clean, and modern. Larry at the front desk was so nice when he checked me in, and Chelsea at the front desk was so helpful when I needed assistance with the fitness room TV. Very comfortable and my room was super quiet (Room 309). The fitness center is so much better than any of the hotels around there, made it easy to get up and get my workout in. This is my go-to hotel now in Omaha!!

First time at his hotel in west Omaha Nebraska and could not of been happier, Room, staff, service, amenities were all very good. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming through Omaha.. Will stay there again next time I'm in the area.. Chuck & Juli

Great stay, very clean, staff was awesome! There was a storm related power outage in a nearby town where I live that drove me (and many others) to hotels in Omaha, including this one. The woman at the desk had to be totally overwhelmed, but she didn't show it. She was very friendly, professional and attentive. She did a great job meeting customer needs. The room was great, I had everything I needed. I've stayed at other Aloft hotels before and they are always a great value and never disappoint.

There was nothing.
