Pi Karya Beach

The ladies were so kind and helpful, we booked tours / ordered taxis / asked for ferry advice / got restaurant recommendations / and got our laundry done. Excellent service. The rooms were beautifully kept, cleaned every day and decorated so nicely. Location was great- beach nearby to watch the sunset. Thanks to Erwin and Gede for brilliant tours.

I liked the stray dog who walked with me along the beach in the dark when the staff accidentally locked out all the guests! Photos on booking.com and higher price did not reflect quality. Very basic, had pool. Anything positive was over shadowed by the female manager being aggressive and rude. Bali locals and staff are usually so kind. Never experienced this before and I was paying to stay here, so it was crazy!

Poor communication, tired property, overgrown lawns, paint peeling. way over priced…disappointed staff forget to make arrangements as promised. All six staff (mostly young girls) went MIA for half the morning, so I missed out on seeing things because I only had one day to explore. I got locked out of property when I returned at night, all staff MIA again. I had to walk 200m up the road through a construction site and back along the beach to access my room, was very unsafe on my own. Luckily, a stray dog appeared and walked with me for protection, because construction workers were still sitting inside site drinking and calling out to me. Other guests locked out too, heard them banging on door late, so let them in. Next day, staff rudely packed my belongings without my permission 2 hours before check out and refused to order me a car to other side of island. Manager had turned nasty after I told her her about getting locked out and bikes the staff tried to rent me weren’t safe, one had no petrol gauge the other a broken gear box. She literally yelled at me in front of other guests and then acted like a school girl telling me I “wouldn’t be happy with a car they ordered because I wasn’t happy with their bikes.” There’s no Gogek on the island, so it was pretty rude! FYI, NP is full of potholes and hills, you need a bike with working breaks and good suspension or it’s unsafe. You also don’t want to break down in dark with no street lights. If the hotel wants to charge people to rent bikes they need to do basic safety maintenance and not potentially endanger, or kill their guests. I can see another guest has made a review of a similar experience with the bikes being unsafe and staff being rude and unhelpful. I wish I’d read it before I stayed there! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! ‼️⚠️

Big room, clean and tidy, nice pool. Some nice restaurants within walking distance, a favourite was Medaran, for Indonesian food. Lovely staff so helpful and friendly.

Beach not suitable for swimming.

Location and friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast yummy!

TV’s not working, but advertise on booking site. Unfortunately no restaurant and bar as such. Just a kitchen.

The location was just next to buyuk harbour, staff was friendly , early check in was granted,I stayed there for one night only .breakfast was ok , although it could have been better . rooms were spacious,also rented a scooter from hotel with 100 k per day and travelled all the way starring from diamond and atuh beach to klinking beach ,broken beach ,angel Billabong and than crystal bay beach,, overall a gud stay specially as I planned the next day morning journey for Gilli trawangan by blue water speed boat from buyuk harbour.

Breakfast could have been better .

The staff were super amazing lovely people! The beach and pool were nice!

Super expensive for what it was. We were disappointed with what the property looked like compared to the photos. Not value for money.
