NOTHING!!! IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO BOOK AT THIS HOTEL DON'T DO IT!! LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL!!!

ALL!! I wouldn't know where to start from the negative things that happened. first of all I rented a scooter at this hotel, I was given a scooter with a non-functional petrol indicator and I found myself in total darkness at broken bech (for those who don't know this beach is 30 minutes away from all the shops) without petrol, I contacted the hotel who told me to make do as they wouldn't help me. but is it normal to give a scooter in this state to a tourist? I risked staying lost all night in the middle of the forest, thank goodness a good person came by and helped me. I asked for a refund for this inconvenience but I was not recognized. The cleaning of the bathroom is really embarrassing, there are stones that replace the tiles in the corners from which horrible insects come out. In general the cleanliness of the room was not up to the price paid, mold on the walls and a bad smell in the room. The staff was really rude and absolutely did not want to hear and understand my complaints and requests. They should lower the price of the room or increase the quality of the structure and the staff!! Hotel to absolutely avoid

This is a well-kept, clean, neat, and lovely presented hotel. Also, excellent value for the price to stay, compared to others I stayed at. The manager, Wayan, is a very kind and younger staff, especially young Wayan, beautiful. And very helpful. The garden down to the beach is nice and the beach itself is lovely to swim in. You can snorkel there also. There is a wonderful little bar 50 meters down the beach to left, which is being developed to bigger one., Kuldesac Beach Bar. This will be an asset to visitors who stay at Pi Karya when finished but little one nice for now. There is also a bottle shop in walking distance for wine and spirits, if you like. Restaurants in area are reasonable, but a scooter could be helpful to get to if you ride. Unfortunately I don't do got loots of steps in, lol. Pool area is lovely, clean and cool. I recommend anyone to stay at Pi Karya Beach .

I would love to give this Hotel a 10/10, but for me, the location was noisy and sometimes difficult to get around. (I don't ride a scooter.) As it is on the main Penida drag constant truck and bike/scooter noise made this not a quiet stay. In the beginning, I had to ask to have another room due to stairs as my legs were not good to climb. This was not available to do till the next day. So then I found the upstairs room, in front, was also so loud all the time, even at night, I needed air pods in my ears to sleep. Kindly the manager, Wayan, allowed me next 3 days in room at back of complex. This is much better and nicer Make sure you ask for this room downstairs and at back if noise bothers you.
