Pi Karya Beach

Amazing staff, fresh flowers in the room, nice breakfast which you order the night before, big comfy bed, great location next to some nice restaurants - go onto the beach and turn left, there is a lovely little bar.

The property is not as grand as it looks in photos. It was still great, but don't expect it to look exactly as shown from the outside.

The ladies were lovely that worked there the bed was great breakfast was yummy

No safe to put your valuables in the water smelt like ocean water salty no tv and in the wrong place to watch it from your bed

Everything was very cosy and comfortable. The staff were very cordial and warm. They made sure that our trip was memorable. Kudos to Kadek, Madasri

Nice place with warmest people. Had a wonderful stay here. Stay was more than welcoming. Room was quite spacious. Can get a scooty on rent and roam across Nusa Penida. We had a very memorable stay thanks to the staff. Please check with the property staff before visiting to check for the nearest port while coming from bali main land. Really miss those omelettes and cold ice tea❤️😋

This property is not as described in the listing and the photos are very misleading. It is not beachfront as there is a large area of rubbish strewn, scrub land between the accommodation and the sea. Also, the tiny beach nearby is not swimmable due to it being very busy with boats. The pool is small and not somewhere that you can relax by due to the close proximity to the noisy road. The area is in a very poor and not a nice location in Nusa Penida. Breakfast is the worst we have experienced in all of our travels, with food covered in flies. Photos of breakfast and drinks etc shown in the listing are not an accurate representation of what is actually served. We booked some transport through the accommodation and were massively overcharged in comparison with when we booked with another driver. The worst part was the constant noise from the road and dogs barking during the night that made sleeping impossible as the rooms have no sound proofing. This property is hugely overpriced for what it is and there are far better properties within this price range in better areas of the island. When we needed to speak to the accommodation manager, they refused to respond to requests for help despite booking. com customer service also contacting them, they just ignored . Once they have been paid they do not care for their guests at all. This was the worst customer service that we have ever experienced. We had booked for 6 nights but left after 2.

Staff were friendly at first

The property isn’t beach front, instead it has an area of waste land in front of the property that isn’t maintained and dirty. The property also says it has a private, snorkelling beach however there are boats and no reef. The photos show food and drink that aren’t available and have been strategically taken to improve the look of the place, this is really deceiving. The location is right next to the main road through Nusa Penida so we were woken up at 4:30/5am everyday to extremely noisy traffic. My partner required urgent medical care so we booked a taxi through the property to take us to hospital, the price was extortionate and the taxi driver took us the long way round and to a pharmacy rather than a hospital. We assume to justify the ridiculous cost! It’s shameful they would profit from our unfortunate circumstances and desperation in this way. We stayed only 2 nights out of 6 as we had to leave the island, Booking.com said if the property approves we can be refunded, while the property said Booking.com won’t refund us. They have since stopped responding to Booking.com.

Staff were excellent- friendly, helpful and lovely ☺️ We loved the position right on the beach , and the pool area. The frangipani decoration in our room was awesome!!🌺

The staff were lovely and the beds and aircon were spot on

Lovely room and pool but the absolute best thing for us was the one minute walk to the fantastic snorkelling off the beach at the end of the garden

Or TV could not be tuned in to work even after we asked about it
