Pool side security Breakfast repeated everyday

Good size rooms, bathroom has a glass door separation that prevent water from flowing to the rest of the area like toilet and wash sink. Very hard to find such bathrooms in Thrissur. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options focused on Kerala traditional dishes. Staff was helpful getting luggage, helping with loading and unloading of the car.

Two things: The access card was finicky. It kept getting disabled and I had to go to the reception twice to activate it. They say that it is because it was kept in proximity to a mobile phone which was not the case. The breakfast had option to toast bread and jam spread but no butter. When I asked for butter it took a lot of time and multiple reminders to get it. By that time the toast was cold. The butter was frozen , so it wasn’t easy to spread.

Clean, ambience is good, Christmas decorations were very good

Food tastes are average, breskfast experience was acerage not as good as other 5 star hotels.

The property was exceptionally well maintained and truly met five-star standards. The staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout the stay. The swimming pool was a standout feature—spotlessly clean, well-ventilated, and very well maintained.

The breakfast and dinner spread had comparatively limited options. There were fewer choices for vegetarians and Jain guests; most desserts contained egg, with only one eggless option available. Adding more vegetarian, Jain-friendly, and varied dessert options would be appreciated. Introducing more live food counters could enhance variety and freshness. The room TVs are not smart TVs; upgrading them to support OTT platforms would greatly improve the in-room experience.
