The room condition was excellent. Great feel home in Thrissur, away from home.

1. It took too much time at reception, during check in. Checkout timing was ok. 2. There was some issues with the room access. We have to come back to reception to enable it. As I know that there could be technical problems, if the keys are kept along with purse or mobile, I was keeping it in separate pocket.
