Beautiful bedroom suite with amazing view. Would be stunning in winter! Love the fully-equipped kitchen too! Bed was comfortable!

They are just being too particular about damage and etc. first property that spent a lot of time informing about this during check-in and requested for open credit card so that they can charge whenever there's damage. It's understandable but do not need to overdo it as it's off-putting

Ficámos também surpreendidos pela positiva com o serviço de lavandaria gratuito, um detalhe muito útil para quem está a viajar durante vários dias. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho e era bastante confortável. A localização é ideal para quem viaja de carro.

Pouca oferta de pequeno-almoço ocidental. No primeiro dia ainda nos trouxeram iogurte e croissants, mas ficámos três noites e, no segundo dia, o pequeno-almoço era praticamente todo japonês, o que fez com que não conseguíssemos encontrar alternativas ao nosso gosto. E o pequeno almoço já vinha completo da cozinha. Foi o único ponto menos positivo de uma estadia que, de resto, foi muito agradável.

The front desk staff, Carl and Amber were extremely helpful and made a lot of effort to assist us in planning our time and travel around Furano/Biel/Asahikawa.

No nearby F&B outlets and lack of any eateries within the hotel itself.

Hotel looks it had gone through a refurbishment. All looks new and there is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Room was clean and comfortable

You will need to walk out for meals. If you drive no issues. Anyway free parking on site.
