Minshuku Sumiya

Host is very nice and helpful. Local helpers were also so nice and helpful. Location is especially beautiful. Food is fantastic. Recommend the umeshu (plum wine) 😋😋

I think there was only one toilet, still very clean.

The host, that was so friendly... The bath in the river hot spring was also amazing. The food was delicious and the room very big for Japan standards, with views to the river.

The building is old, but very very clean and well equipped, which makes the stay very comfortable.

Right near the public river onsen and the bus stop. Incredible staff - answered all our questions about forward travel the next morning. Had everything organised. You get offered whichever time you’d like to have breakfast based on when you need to leave. AMAZING - perfect for us doing the Kumano Kodo trail

Mas que un hospedaje es una experiencia para vivir, la ubicación, nuestra habitación con futones, la vista al río, las amenidades que te ofrece Gonke el anfitrion como las Yasaka, las batas para ir al río, sandalias, In Onsen privado dentro de las instalaciones, el café es excelente y lo mejor Si o Si deben de.probar su desayuno que sinceramente es uno de los mejores que hemos probado durante nuestra visita en Japón. El restaurante con vistas al Río y Onsen. Su ubicación es insuperable ya que todo esta a la mano. Todo fue maravilloso y podría seguir hablando de lo bueno que es sin embargo lo mejor de todo fue la atención de Goke el anfitrion. Siempre con una sonrisa enorme y la mejor actitud. Gracias Goke por resguardar y llevar nuestros back packs al siguiente hospedaje cercano. Eres un 10 de 10
