Food was great, facilities were good.

A bit on the expensive side compared to hotels on West coast.

Tout près de l’aéroport, la plage, activités nautiques gratuites (mais on n’a pas le droit aller jusqu’à l’île aux aigrettes en kayak ou pédalo). Le massage était bien

Les restaurants sont plutôt chers, et ils ne proposent pas de location de scooters donc on est un peu obligés de rester à l’hôtel. On se fait interpeler plusieurs fois à la plage par des gens qui veulent vendre des choses…

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la chambre ainsi que la vue sur mer. La localisation est un plus également. Ce qui nous a le plus touché est tout de même la bienveillance du personnel à notre égard.

Absolutely gorgeous location on a stunningly beautiful beach with mountains in the distant. The hotel is on a small picturesque island and the aesthetics of the hotel is lovely with lots of local materials incorporated into the style. Lovely communal areas and elegant bar and good swimming pools. Some very friendly staff - in the bar and the server at Mosaic was exceptionally friendly! The porters were lovely! Very tranquil isolated location with very little going on in the immediate area which makes for a peaceful time. The bedrooms were good and the beds comfortable and the cleaning standard was high.

The food is not 4 star and lacking in variety and choice. Same for breakfast and dinner. Relatively limited choices for a 4 star hotel. Tried the Mosaic restaurant and the portions were miniscule and we left hungry and put us off trying the 1810 fish restaurant. Some of the cooking staff in the buffet restaurants were unfriendly. I saw disgusting handling of cheesecakes by one of the staff at breakfast.

C'est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel, il a été rénové, il est bien situé et propose nombreuses activités.

Une fuite du tuyau de la douche, un cafard dans la chambre démontrent un manque de rigueur dans la tenue de l'établissement, de plus, nous avons souffert d'une météo pluvieuse et venteuse, dommage.

L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport,les menus variés,le personnel a l'écoute du client un ti plus pour Anand le serveur et Su pour ces cocktails, beaucoup de transat disponible, hôtel spacieux, belle suite junior. Si tout va bien on reviendra au mois d'octobre ! 😉

Nous n'avons pas été informés que le restaurant 1810 ne fonctionnait pas en formule tout inclus.Mais bon ,les tarifs sont raisonnables.
