Staff were welcoming and attentive. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Comfy beds and food was the highlight.

"A stay with polite staff and good breakfast, but overall below the standard we expected"

The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable.

Our check‑in was delayed due to being upgraded to a room with two separate beds, even though we had clearly requested one double bed as a couple. The layout leading to our room felt unusual, as we had to walk through an open space rather than a proper corridor. The cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards we expected for the price and hotel category — the sofa had noticeable stains, and the carpet had not been vacuumed properly, with visible hair. Additionally, the live cooking station at breakfast produced smoke, suggesting that better ventilation or improved cooking measures are needed.
