Breakfast was a disappointment Not many options and by 9am everything was gone and took forever for staff to refill

We stayed for one night as we were heading to the airport the next day. Unfortunately, we were initially placed next to a family, and there was a lot of screaming, door slamming, and noise. We called reception and were told there weren’t many options available. After pushing a bit, we were moved to a room with the same bed setup for my partner and me. The new room was an older model — it was fine, but noticeably tired. It was frustrating to have to change rooms for a one-night stay, and overall the room allocation felt poorly planned.

We prefer O Tamara that we can visit LuLu Mall. Your hotel room is very clean, spacious & amenities are good. Nice buffet breakfast and delicious food. Fantastic outdoor pool and Gym. Hotel staff are friendly & quality service.
