L’hébergement est petit et surtout le coin repas. Les fenêtres sont opaques et donnent dans un couloir. Les photos sont un peu trompeuses car il n’y a pas de vue sur mer du logement. Il n’y a pas vraiment d’extérieur privatif. Il faut s’installer face à un passage piéton. C’est cher pour un tel logement. Proximité d’un restaurant

Great host, very communicative and available but not intrusive. Everything needed for a self contained stay if desired, apartment cost and comfortable, quiet with safe and short walk to free off street parking , well located for easy access to explore Sao Miguel by car and to waterfront cycle or walking pathways, bikes included! Highly recommend for your stay in Ponta Delgada.

Fantastic place. View is amazing, and eating meals out by the ocean is incredible. Hosts are lovely, and provided some very pleasant islands snacks at the start. Two criticisms: The bed was not a king bed, despite being listed as such. Normally, I'd dock a point or two for not matching the listing, but honestly the rest of the property was so great i can't bring myself to lower the rating. The property was extremely hard to find. Theres a restaurant right next door, and the owners should really message guests and tell them to put that restaurant into the gps.

The host was very welcoming with great communication. Host was easily contacted. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. Lots of nice extra touches including food and beverage perks so that a trip to the grocery wasn't necessary immediately. Fantastic ocean view and accesablity.

This property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. The owners were absolutely amazing and ready to answer any questions at anytime. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a hreat vacation rental.
