Lovely location, very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and easy parking.

Perfect size for two people! Lovely little kitchenette, air conditioning, quite a central place with many things within an hour walk

Great location, we were there during low season so lots of parking and fairly quiet at the popular restaurant next door. Beautiful suite with an ocean view, would definitely recommend and stay again. Nice walks and cycle (bikes available) to both Ponta Delgada and Lagoa.

Access to location is only possible with a very small car, driving up on one curb.

Amazing location, right in front of the Ocean, on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach.

Omg where do i start. The welcome we got was amazing. Fruit cheese bread jam wine beer was waiting for us . Elisabete the host was wonderful. Had all the major sites pointed out on a map for us. The apartment was well stocked .we wanted for nothing. Location was about 40 minutes walk from ponta delgada centre .it is a very nice walk. Would highly recommend this place.

There was nothing to dislike

it was the most beautiful place inside and out and so welcoming and the owners were wonderful and so friendly. Would not want to stay anywhere else. I would give it a 15 out of 10

Great appartment in a quiet amazing area right in front of the ocean and without any street noise. Everything is thoroughly made inside, comfortable for short and long stays, very clean, great shower with enough of hot water and well-equipped kitchen. Actually it is much better then you can expect by photos. But the most important element is its host - Elisabete is a real ambassador of the island, wonderful person who loves her home and helps her guests to fall in love with every part of São Miguel. I can’t thank her enough for my amazing experience during a short three day visit, which made me want to return again and again, and to recommend this place to all my friends. All the bonuses like great local products as welcome gifts and host’s willingness to help with every possible question resulted to one of the best booking experiences for me.

not negative but worth mentioning- there are two appartments, one has an ocean view. I’ve been staying in the second one, but when you have an ocean at your doorstep - it appears that it doesn’t really matter, what view you have

Ah, what a stay it was! Fantastic. One of the best places I’ve ever been. A wonderful place with an exceptional hostess. Elizabete is a wonderful very helpful person who makes your stay as good as possible. Local snacks and wine await you in the beautiful apartment. Clean, comfortable, close to everything. bicycles available and in 10 minutes you are in the center. If I ever come back it's only here! Great restaurant next door.
