The room was very clean.

I did not like that there were rooms only available on the 4th floor. I requested to stay on first floor since I have knee problems and cannot climb 4 flights of stairs.

I liked the size of the room, the sitting room with sofa, microwave, refrigerator. separate closet space, everything was great. The pillows and mattress was so comfortable. I liked the view of the trees...a since of privacy. The staff at the desk especially Ms. Charmaine very pleasant, always greeting with a smile. The breakfast was a plus. Loved that it is pet friendly.

Need some support hand bars in the tub/shower area.
