Staff were friendly

The fact that their was mold all over hot tub and in bathrooms. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Beds were ffreezing no extra pillows or blankets. So I had to sleep in my sweats. No Kleenex. Someone was in our room when we were out. The charging ports don’t work. Pool is too cold.
