The hotel and room are clean. The hotel room itself is like a dorm room. Basic but clean and usable. HOWEVER besides being clean and safe my only other need was that the hotel offer quiet sleeping accommodations. This was NOT the case. My first night the hotel fire alarm went off at 3:30 AM. Someone apparently was smoking in their room. My second night the hotel fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. Both, of course, woke me from a sound sleep. Then on the second night around 3 AM the room air unit decided to basically explode - imagine a fan slamming again a piece of metal with every turn sounding like a machine gun. Nothing would help it and then I had to turn off the unit. The front desk closes the security blind and no one answered from my cell phone. My room did NOT have a phone even though there is a placard directing me to dial 500 from my room phone. Even though the staff was nice and the place clean I will NEVER stay here again. I needed sleep and I didn’t get that which is the main reason you get a hotel room.

Beds were ok…kitchenettes had no cups or plates or silverware. Refrtwas unplugged but most importantly the heat was broken (in winter) - I told management who said they’d fix it but when I came back at night nothing had been done, the front desk was closed and I had to sleep in a totally y heated room.

Dirty and smells

When i first checked in my room, the bathroom facilities didnt work, so they moved me to another room, in that room it was so many roaches.. just totally gross.. i packed our things and left.. i would have stayed if it was clean around the building,in the building and the rooms.. the full kitchen was convenient, but was afraid to cook just in case roaches ended up in my food.. i dont recommend this stay for anyone.. Oh front desk staff Rachel was the only one nice and pleasant to speak with..

The property has its own laundry facilities which is very convenient for my family and I.. clean room , nice welcoming staff.. front desk manager Rachel was great.. But once inside of the room, microwave didnt work, got in the shower and the handle fell on my feet.. afterwards the toilet wouldn't flush.. After complaints to the front desk, they quickly gave me another room and everything was perfect.. most definitely give it a 3 in a half star..

I could hear families fighting in the property which made it feel unsafe, I also checked out early because there was a roach in my room

Cockroach infested rooms. Smells dirty. Kids running everywhere. Bad hospitality

The staff is amazing

It’s a nice hotel for a night
