The refrigerator in our room did not get cold and the microwave in my sister's room did not work. For the price it's not a place to stay for a night.

Toilet did not fill and flush properly. Heating unit had filters removed and needed a good cleaning. It was cold overnight and I could not turn on the heater. The microwave turntable support was broken. Loud noises from above woke me often and I got no sleep after 2 am.

I arrived at 6pm. I requested a room on the upper floor. I got room first floor. 20 min later, the persons right above me were pounding on the walls and very noisey. I called right away to be moved . 25 min later after talking to person on duty who said they would look into it, nothing happened. I called again, got a voice mail. I left a frustrated message saying i needed a different room. A few min later, person on duty came to my door. Asked me if i called ?! I said again, i need a different room now . He offered rooms on first floor.No, i said i needed a room on higher floor. He said it might not be possible. I said im packed up , i have been up since 3am to catch my flight here. Im tired and need a different room Now please. At 730p, i was settling in my new room on 2nd floor.Took 90 min and 2 phone calls to resolve my situation, totally unacceptable.

They charged my card twice and i had to cancel the card and order a new one. Be careful, yall. Ive seen other reviews saying they experience the same

Early morning check-in and although I called onsite manager in advance to let them know I was checking in early in the morning, there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to get checked in. There was no blackout curtains in the room so it was difficult to sleep.
